I-81 Exits 321- 323 Improvements Study

The I-81/US 11 corridor between Rest and Clear Brook (exits 323 and 321) is planned for industrial and warehouse uses.  This study will forecast the traffic impacts of future economic development on the Exit 323 interchange and identify improvements needed to accommodate growth.
